Stainless steel fluid tank is fully insulated with a hinged cover, and has no interior obstructions. Model M10 is used for soldering assemblies up to 12.5 x 8.5 x 6 inches high, and is wired for your choice of 120V or 240V (1ph) at 3000W.- Heaters are automatically shut down if fluid tank is empty. All types of PCB's and assemblies of virtually any configuration are heated evenly. This principle produces a reduced component body temperature during soldering. The vapor heats the component leads faster than the components. Component overheating is virtually impossible because the fluid characteristics limit the maximum temperature attainable. All models are fully insulated with a stainless steel interior, drain valve, stainless steel cover, parts basket, and dripper bottle with valve.

vapor phase solderingThis "ozone friendly" equipment is ideally suited for lab or limited production vapor phase soldering. The liner is heliarc welded for hermetic sealing to prevent moisture migration to insulation space.- The exterior shell is constructed of die-formed, 16 gauge galveneal, then finished in "Thermotron Blue" lacquer, Federal Standard #595-25184, sprayed over a cleaned and primed surface.- A floating liner allows minimum thermal contact between the interior and the exterior of the chamber.- Breaker strips are all stainless steel. No wood, fiberboard, plastic or similar materials are used in the construction.- The interior is constructed of 304 Series, high-nickel content stainless steel with 2B finish. Stainless steel access ports Power: 230V 1PH 25A Cabinet:- The entire chamber is built of high-quality steel. Programmable temperature controller with digital displays. Maximum temperature range from -90☏ to +350☏ ( - 67.8☌ to + 177☌) Immediate operation with suitable power connection. Thermotron Temperature Chamber Model S-5.5C - Bench Top internal chamber dimensions: 19.5-(wide) x 19-(deep) x 24-(high) External dimensions: 57-(wide) x 31-(deep) x 38-(high) Stainless steel interior window in door light inside chamber.
